Though it is very rare that buyers ask for return or refund, we have  consumer-friendly policy in this repect.

We replace all damaged goods free of charge. Non Damaged items can be  returned, in the original new/sealed condition, Within 45 days of purchase  at the buyer's expense for a refund of item cost minus a 10% restocking  fee. Shipping and handling is not refunded.
